Ingredients
3Eggs
3 Ripe Bananasmashed
1/4cupMaple Syrup
1/3cupPeanut Butter
1tspVanilla Extract
1cupBlanched Almond Flour
1/4cupFlaxseed Meal
6tbspRaw Cacao Powder
1tspBaking Soda
pinchPink Saltground
1/3cupDark Chocolate chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl, mash ripe bananas with the back of a fork and beat in eggs, maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla until fully mixed.
Add in all the remaining dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until well combined. Fold in the chopped dark chocolate last.
Line a muffin pan with 12 liners and divide batter evenly. Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 18-20 minutes.
Notes
Make sure your bananas are really ripe for this recipe!!
